PAYMENT PROCESS

  • All payment transactions use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollar (USD).
  • We provide the following payment method:

i)     Bank Transfer [IDR]

ii)    Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard) [IDR / USD]

iii)   Paypal [USD]

  • All payments have to be completed within 3 hours after the order is made. Orders that does not have payment confirmation within this timeframe will automatically be closed by the system. Closed orders will not be procssed and we cannot guarantee the availability of the items.
  • For customer who choses to pay via Bank Transfer, please confirm your payment via the CONFIRM PAYMENT page on the top left of our website.
  • Payment via Credit Card & Paypal will be automatically confirmed by the system.
  • Please keep all proof of payment.

 

MODIFY / CANCELLING ORDERS

  • Please properly review your orders before confirming your purchases, as we are unable to modify or cancel your purchases after it has been processed.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR:

A)     INCORRECT ITEMS
B)     DEFECTIVE ITEMS
C)     SIZE EXCHANGES

  • SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE MENTIONED IN POINT ‘A’ AND ‘B’ WILL BE FULLY REIMBURSABLE BY US. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES FOR POINT ‘C’.
  • ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO US WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS, and the ITEMS MUST BE MAILED FOR RETURN WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RETURN CONFIRMATION.
  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.
  • ITEMS MUST HAVE THE HANGTAGS STILL ATTACHED AND UNTEMPERED.
  • EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON STOCK AVAILABILITY.
  • IN THE CASE of SIZE EXCHANGES in which the sizes ARE OUT OF STOCK, the purchase amount WILL BE CONVERTED TO IN-STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping fees). 
  • all exchanges and returns are processed after the goods are well received in our warehouse.
  • DISCOUNTED and PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
  • SHIPPING FEES will not be refunded.

  • Deliveries in Indonesia may take up to 3-5 working days for Regular Delivery, and 1-3 working days for Express.
  • All deliveries are made during Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Zone 0 - FREE Regular Delivery | 2-5 Days
  • Zone 1 - USD 10 [FLAT RATE] | 2-4 Days
  • Zone 2 - USD 10 per KG | 2-4 Days
  • Zone 3 - USD 15 per KG | 5-10 Days
  • Zone 4 - USD 25 per KG | 5-10 Days
  • Zone 5 - USD 35 per KG | 5-10 Days

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

We use proven third-party service to delivery your goods, hence we try our best to find and provide the best partners available. However, there are some circumstances which we do not take responsibility for as it is beyond our control, these are the following:-

  • Risk of loss of the merchandise after delivery has been confirmed at your shipping address.
  • Delays in the delivery time due to incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability of receiver to receive the goods, customs, force majeure, negligence from the shipping company.
  • Customs and duties charges that may occur after shipment. Please directly contact respective country offices for the issue.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
  • Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
